Erewhon Coconut Cloud Smoothie

Materials

  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1½-2 cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla collagen peptides
  • blue spirulina
  • coconut cream
  •  vanilla stevia

Instructions

  • Blend almond milk, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, avocado, almond butter, collagen peptides, blue spiriulina, and vanilla stevia together until smooth.
  • Add coconut milk and spirulina to the bottom of a glass and swirl it around. Then pour in the smoothie et voilà your every own coconut cloud smoothie. Bon appéit!
