Want It Wednesday: Sephora VIB Sale

Guys, it’s almost that magical time of year again. Christmas? No. The Sephora VIB Sale of course, which is kind of like Christmas for beauty and skincare junkies.

Rogue gets early access, so get ready ladies (and gents). Starting on November 3 to 6, VIB Rouge members can get 20% off products with the promo code 20FORROUGE. Then from November 10 to 15, Rouge VIBs can use the same code, 20FORROUGE, and VIBs can use the code 20FORVIB for 20% off. Beauty Insiders gets 15% off with the code INSIDER15.

Here are some products I’m thinking about getting. What about you guys? Stocking up or splurging on anything?

one – smashbox cover shot palette

I’m actually not someone who wears a lot of eyeshadow. In fact, I don’t wear any at all, unless I’m getting glammed up for a night out or an event. But I do love an eyeshadow palette and lately, I’ve been eyeing this smashbox palette in metallic, which would be perfect for a smoky eye.

two – nars powermatte

I’ve been debating about getting the powermatte in light my fire for a while. I’m more of a nude lip girl, but every once in a while when I dare to rock a bold lip. I’ve tried this a couple of times and I’m impressed by the lasting power.

three – tatcha sunscreen

So many people have recommended this sunscreen that I want to try it.

four – dr. dennis gross pro facial steamer

I’m obsessed with mask. Right now I probably have over ten masks in my bathroom. Usually I would put on a mask after a shower, so that my pores are open from the steam. So because I love doing at home mask so much, I’m debating about getting an at home steamer.

five – kiehl’s midnight recovery

So random story. I was at the Sephora in Soho and overheard a customer ask one of the sale associate what foundation she uses cause her skin looked so good. The sale associate wasn’t wearing any foundation. She explained that Kiehl’s midnight recovery really helped her skin. And ever since, it’s been on my to try list.

six – rms living luminizer

Who doesn’t love a good glow? I do. I haven’t tried this one yet, but there must be a reason that it’s so many people’s hg product, right?

seven – fresh umbrian clay mask

I love a good purifying mask and have been wanting to try this one forever.

eight – hourglass slim lipstick

I love Hourglass products. They rarely disappoint me. Their foundation and ambient powders are a staple in my makeup bag. So naturally I want to check out their new lipstick. I’ve been debating between the I’m Addicted and I Woke Up shades. The only downside about this product is, it is a bit pricey for the amount you get.

nine – nuface trinity facial toning device

Shani Darden, celebrity esthetician, has routinely recommended this product. I have yet to be let down by one of her product recommendations.

ten – kevyn aucoin sculpting contour powder

I like how natural this contour powder is. Not surprisingly, it is found amongst many makeup artists’ tool kits.

eleven – dyson supersonic hair dyer

Ok, this one is just one of those products that would be nice to have, but not necessary in my case since I usually just air dry my hair. But I’ve tried it and it’s great, so I kind of want it.

twelve – origins ginseng tinted moisturizer

Most days, I don’t wear foundation. But some days, I want a little bit of coverage, but not foundation level, so a tinted moisturizer is the perfect solution.

thirteen – tom ford traceless foundation

I’ve been eagerly awaiting for Sephora to carry the Tom Ford foundations. It’s one of my HGs.

fourteen – blithe splash mask

I’ve never used a splash mask before. I’m excited to see what it is all about.

fifteen – slip silk pillowcase

Silk pillowcases are suppose to be good for the skin and hair. I’ve been searching for one for years.

sixteen – tatcha water cream

I have oily, but dehydrated skin. It’s weird and complicated. If I don’t wear makeup, it’s like an oil slick. The moment I put on foundation, it looks dry and flakey. I’ve heard such good things about this (plus I love Tatcha products) from people with my skin type.

seventeen – volition helix eye gel

I’m constantly looking for a good eye cream or gel. I have yet to find one that I love. Hopefully this one will be it.

eighteen – it cosmetics miracle water
